Full-vehicle PPF on any EV typically takes around 5 days in our climate-controlled Tullamarine workshop. We hold the vehicle indoors throughout, away from dust contamination.
Brand-new is always better. The factory paint is at its peak — no embedded contaminants, no microscratches, no UV degradation. Installing PPF in the first 6 weeks of ownership locks the paint in showroom condition. We can still install on a used Tesla, BYD or Chery, but we'll typically recommend paint correction first to get the paint back to peak before the film goes on.
